How do I make a booking?

Making a booking with us is easy! Just fill out our enquiry form above for a quotation or phone 01924 404818.
We aim to respond to all website enquiries within a few hours!
Once you're happy with the booking we will issue you with a confirmation by email.
How do I pay?
We will request a small deposit to secure the booking which can be paid by bank transfer.
The remaining balance is then payable either directly on the day of the event or prior to the event depending on the booking.
What about Covid-19?
If you need to cancel your event due to Covid-19 Restrictions, we promise to move this booking to an alternative date without you losing your deposit.
Free Publicity Posters
Are you a venue owner or booker wanting to book an event? We can provide you with free publicity posters, designed by a graphic designer to advertise the event.
